It takes only 30 minutes from our factory toYinchuan international Airport which is right in the middle between Yinchuan and Lingwu.
◇ Scale — Probably the biggest cashmere processing operations in China
Although the company was founded in 1994, it grows rapidly in the past decade to become now the biggest cashmere dehairing and combing operations in China and has been ranked No. 1 in the cashmere industry in China since 2004 for overall export sales of dehaired cashmere and fine cashmere tops. The sales in 2005 has reached 65 million US dollars and further growth is expected with our company’s increasing sales and market shares in both cashmere fiber products and finished garments, The company’s factories in cashmere industry park occupies a land area of 100,000 sqm and currently employs 1980 workers in all. The company obtained the ISO9001 certification in 2002.
◇ Products — From cashmere fiber to fashion
We collect and process only best cashmere material from selected regions of China and Mongolia and provide our customers with high quality products and service covering:
◇ Dehaired Chinese and Mongolian cashmere of white, brow and grey colors in various specifications.
◇ Chinese white, Mongolian brown and light grey cashmere tops of regular and supper fine quality combed from best dehaired cashmere from our own dehairing mill.
◇ Woolen and worsted cashmere yarn in various yarn counts from 16Nm-72Nm.
◇ Knitted and woven cashmere garments and accessories for women’s, mans and children’s wear including sweaters , scarves , shawls , hats, gloves and blankets etc.
◇ Technology — Stays at the frontline of the industry
◇ We own four dehairing mills with 248 sets of combined and single dehairing machines of latest model and technology which turns out about 750 tons of dehaired cashmere every year.
◇ Our spinning mill has five carding and spinning lines introduced from Italy and Japan and produces 200 tons of fine quality cashmere yarn each year for both our own knitting orders and direct export.
◇ Our combing mill is a joint-venture plant with our Swiss partner Alpha Tops S.A. and is equipped with 2 fully automatic blending machines and 3 complete combing lines with state-of-the-art technology from Italy and France. The mill combs 300 tons of super and consistent quality cashmere tops for major high-end worsted users in Europe, Japan and Korea as well as in domestic market.
◇ Our newly completed knitting factory with an investment of 7.5 million US dollars is equipped with 80 Stoll computer knitting machines of latest model and 500 sets of hand knitting looms, covering main gauges from 3-18GG with an turnover of more then 600,000 pcs of sweaters of basic and fancy styles a year.
◇ A professional management team with many years of working experience dealing with customers and orders from USA, Europe and Japan has made it easy for old and new customers to communicate and develop business with us together.
◇ A CIQ certified testing center equipped with testing machines from Uster like OFDA2000, Almeter100 and other devices is in compliance with the testing requirements from our major clients in Europe. Our well-trained QC team is doing testing all the time, watching closely and making sure that products from fiber, yarn until the garment meet the quality standards of our customers.
◇ Markets — 80% of our products are sold internationally
We have been an export-oriented company since our founding. More then 80% of our total sales are from international markets including Italy, UK, USA, Japan, Korea and Hong Kong. We have been the biggest supplier for some of the leading companies in those markets and are developing an even closer and long term business partnership with our major customers.
